How does billing work?
A flat monthly subscription with a usage allowance included. Pick a plan, pay the same amount every month, and use up to your plan's allowance — no surprise charges. Upgrades and downgrades are handled at your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my usage allowance?
By default we pause usage when you reach your monthly allowance, so you never get an unexpected bill — just upgrade or wait for your allowance to refresh. Prefer to keep going? Turn on overage and we'll let you burst past your allowance, billed only for what you use beyond it. It's opt-in, off by default, and you stay in control.
What do I get on Free?
Everything you need to get started — real agents, chat, Drive & Documents, all integrations, and Agent Studio. It's not a trial: no credit card, no countdown clock. Upgrade when you want more headroom.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a couple of clicks — your plan stays active through the end of the billing period, then you move to Free. Your workspace and your data stay put.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is custom — there's no flat $2,000/month price tag. Instead of a fixed subscription, Enterprise is usage-based: a base platform fee plus metered usage, settled at the end of each billing period.
